Refund policy

If your purchase is the wrong size or you are unhappy with the style we are happy to have you return the item and issue you with a STORE CREDIT ONLY  to the value of the item . Returns must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.  Your credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date your return is received.  We do not offer exchange or returns on sale items.

If you would like to return an item for credit, please contact us via email do not just post items back without contacting us. Please note the cost of the return postage is at your expense. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio, so please ensure you use a postal service that ensures the value of the items you are posting. Our Returns address is:

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND BE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.

It can take up to 5 business days for your return to arrive to our shop.  Once your item has been received the credit will be applied to your account and available in payment information on your next purchase.
